All products, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colors will match ours.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. We may reject or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or errors in pricing or availability.

Payments are processed through secure third-party services (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other authorized processors). We do not store full payment information on our servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from our facility in Longview, WA. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, consumable items (such as yerba mate or teas) are non-returnable once opened.
For non-consumable products (such as accessories or merchandise), returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
